About the Position: You will serve as the Chief of Staff for the TULSA OKLAHAOMA District under the supervision of the District Deputy Commander (DDE).

Duties

Manage equal employment action programs and activities such as public affairs and strategic communication programs. Initiate priority or special assignments based on changing conditions locally or higher echelon directives affecting existing programs. Render technical advice and guidance to assigned personnel on unusual, controversial, or complex problems. Establish district support office program goals and measures effectiveness to ensure results in compliance with district goals/objectives and higher-level policies. Develop the district strategic plans, goals, and business process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
  • You will be required to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
  • You will be required to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450.
  • Basic background clearance must be completed before entering the position
