About the Position: Serves as Strength Management Liaison working hand-in-hand with offices associated with HHC CASCOM. Records Management Coordinator and as such, oversees and evaluates the records management program for the organization. Advises on Soldier Readiness Deployment Status.
Duties
Gather information from staff members or databases to prepare integrated reports.
Maintain files according to a recordkeeping system.
Accomplish human resources tasks to support military and civilian employees assigned to the organization.
Coordinate in-processing or on-boarding briefings for new employees.
Maintain databases to ensure accurate tracking and recordkeeping.
Track the status of requests for personnel actions submitted by an organization through an automated system.
Articulate to subordinates the link between performance expectations and the organizational mission and goals.
Identify changes in organizational policies to make recommendations or adjustments in workflow process.
Conduct quality control check of military award recommendations to ensure compliance with current Army regulations and directives.
Coordinate with headquarters and selectees to resolve outstanding issues concerning military promotion requirements.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Secret security clearance or access for the duration of employment.
- This is a Temporary position intended to last 12 months and not to exceed 3 years.
- This position has a Temporary Duty (TDY) or business travel requirement of 10% of the time.
