This SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST is located is located in the Supply and Services Division of the United States Property and Fiscal Office (USP&FO) and is part of the CA USPFO Army.

THIS IS A T5 EXCEPTED SERVICE, PERMANENT POSITION. The primary purpose of the SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-11, is to perform comprehensive analysis of logistical procedures, services, directives, and the operation of the division.

Qualifications

SUPPLY SYSTEMS ANALYST, GS-2003-11: Must have at least one year of specialized experience, equivalent to at least the GS-09 level, or equivalent pay band in other pay systems in the Federal government. This experience may also have been obtained in the private sector, but must demonstrate that it is comparable to the GS grade indicated. Specialized experience may have been demonstrated by performing duties such as: Supervising and/or managing supply personnel and a variety of supply functions; Knowledge on the entire inventory management supply system; Coordinating with other organizations on complex and controversial supply issues; Experience providing advice and guidance on supply regulations to upper levels of management regarding supply functions. Education

Substitution of Education for Specialized Experience: A Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree that demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work required.
