About the Position: You will serve as the District Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) Planning Support and Physical Security Specialist on all aspects of AT/FP and physical security.

Duties
Maintain District Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) and physical security programs.
Provide crisis management planning and execution assistance.
Identify current internal security problems.
Investigate reports of security violations.
Develop exercise AT/FP guidance.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- You must complete Security Fundamentals Professional Certification (SFPC) within two years of appointment.
- You must submit a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450, upon appointment and annually thereafter.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET clearance.
- You must be able to obtain and maintain Physical Security Inspector credentials.

You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes supporting the Anti-Terrorism/Force Protection (AT/FP) and physical security programs through managing the requirements, personnel, and equipment needed; and implementing AT/FP and physical security planning requirements with institutions such as JCS, DOD/DA Directives, Army Regulations, USACE Plans and Regulations and FEMA Plans and Procedures. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the second lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
