Processes a wide variety of routine and complex personnel actions requiring an in-depth knowledge of Nonappropriated Fund (NAF) civilian personnel rules and regulations. Provides advice and assistance to lower level employees on the preparation and processing of documents related to pay, compensation, benefits training, permanent change of station moves and/or other aspects of NAF employment. Receives and rates applications for employment. Prepares referrals and arranges for interviews at the request of management. Writes and posts job announcements. In-processes and out-processes employees, conducts orientations and interviews potential candidates for employment opportunities as required. Ensures the maintenance of the automated personnel database. Establishes and maintains official folders, files and reports.Performs other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. All qualification requirements must include experience performing duties equivalent in scope and complexity to the next lower grade level. Progressively responsible work experience in personnel (HR). Ability to communicate orally and deal effectively with people of diverse backgrounds. Ability to type and perform office automation functions. Ability to communicate verbally and in writing using the English Language in a clear, concise and grammatically correct manner. In addition to the above, Highly Qualified Candidates will possess the following: Experience working in a DOD Army NAF Human Resources Office Experience working with DCPDS, USA Staffing, ARIEL, EOPF Experience with processing FMLA and Workman's Comp **HIGHLY QUALIFIED CANDIDATES WILL BE THE FIRST TO BE REFERRED.
