This position is assigned to the Single Sailor Recreation Division: Morale, Welfare and Recreation (MWR) Department, Commander, Navy Installations Command. The primary purpose of this position is to manage and administer a comprehensive and diverse year-round Single Sailor Program which includes the day-to-day operations, development, organization, and facilitation. This position is located at Liberty/ The Depot in Yorktown, Va.

Skill in the use of Microsoft Office Programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook). Ability to develop and effectively deliver presentations and/or training. Ability to influence others in obtaining cooperation and assistance. Ability to perform the full range of supervisory duties. Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
