About the Position: This position acts as a Team Leader to the scheduler staff imbedded in the various Planning, Programs, and Project Management Division (PPPMD) teams that perform duties in support of project management, control, coordination, and execution of assigned projects and programs.

Duties

Works with Project Delivery Team to assess durations and resources to create complex schedules in P2. Maintains and enforces P2 standards and monitors resourcing and scheduling for conformance program standards and requirements. Identifies at-risk projects early enough to take action. Communicates scheduling goals, mission, and objectives and supervisor’s intent by integrating these elements into the team’s work plans, products, and services. Monitor, report on, and check on work progress and review completed work to verify supervisor’s priorities and instructions are being met.
