Duties
You will provide routine EEO program guidance to serviced commands, employees, and supervisors.
You will ensure the personal needs of Individuals Targeted with Disabilities (IWTD) are met during duty-hours, official travel, training, and employee-sponsored events.
You will serve as a technical office automation expert and use advanced feature of multiple software packages to create integrated work products.
Requirements

- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You will be required to successfully complete a pre-appointment physical examination.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
Qualifications
For the GS-07:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing support to senior Equal Employment Specialists in routine EEO processes/procedures such as interviewing/taking EEO complaints, proving general information to customers seeking information on EEO services including reasonable accommodation, the EEO complaint process, and Alternative Dispute Resolution.
For the GS-06:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: maintaining different electronic records such as databases, spreadsheets, etc. in order create and maintain EEO case files.
For the GS-05:
Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: utilizing various office automation software to produce letters, memos, reports and provide routine office automation services to others.

Education
For the GS-06 and GS-07 Grade Levels:
Successful completion of one full year of graduate-level education

A combination of experience and education as described above that equates to one year of experience
