Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-14 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-13 level defined as providing direction and supervision over the staff with responsibility over daily facility support services for all facilities.

Ability to identify change in priorities and to take action
Knowledge to select or recommend selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details and reassignments in consideration of skills and qualifications, mission requirements, and EEO and diversity objectives
Skill to explain performance expectations, recommend awards, and resolve employee complaints
Ability to identify employee developmental needs and provide or arrange for training to maintain and improve job performance
Knowledge of matters related to facility health, safety, property, and security needs and requirements
Skill in oral communication
Ability to establish, develop, and maintain effective working relationships with high level officials
Knowledge of health, safety and environmental regulations
Ability to implement better practices in Health & Safety, Fire Safety, Physical Security, Property Management, Custodial, and Space Management
