About the Position: Serve as the Battalion level Operations Assistant. Works under the general supervision of the Operations NCO. Incumbent works independently and is relied upon to exercise judgment in carrying out operation responsibilities.
Duties
Responsible for recording and inputting date in RITMS, DSC and DTMS relating to all training completed on staff (military and civilians) and cadre (military) personnel.
Prepare Quarterly report by compiling battalion/company level data pertaining to all IET requirements for mandatory course attendance as required by TRADOC Regulation 350-6.
Maintain Battalion Command Inspection Program by setting up dates and compiling all information to brief Battalion/Company Command Team.
Requirements
- The position requires the incumbent to be able to obtain and maintain a Secret level security clearance.
- May be required to work various shifts, weekends, or holidays with minimal notice.

In order to qualify, you must meet the specialized experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-06 grade level in the Federal service which includes experience in office management providing guidance and direction; coordinating systems allocating for military personnel; familiar with Military orders and Staff procedures. Reviewing, analyzing, and assisting in training service systems, such as Resident Individual Training Management System (RITMS), Digital Training Management Systems (DTMS), and Decision Support Center Systems (DCS). Preparing, reviewing, and editing documents such as correspondences, reports, briefing, and informational materials.
