Duties
You will be responsible for ensuring property cabins are property maintained; repairs, renovations or replacement of furnishings, appliances and utility systems, as required.
You will be responsible for ensuring property pavilions, tents, and campsites are property maintained; repairs and renovates as necessary. (i.e. picnic tables, barbecue grilles, bathhouses with laundry facilities.
You will ensure the grounds and all facilities are properly kept daily by making repairs and the maintenance of grounds, i.e. mowing, using leaf blowers, and continuous clean up.
You will be responsible for minor electrical repairs, plumbing, minor construction, and painting.
You will ensure proper operation and maintenance of the swimming beach during open season and ensuring safety rules are enforced and safety aids properly placed, i.e. signage, perimeter markets, lifeguard stands.
You will ensure proper operation of the boat docks; safety regulations are met with boats, dock maintenance, repair or replacement of parts.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications

Your resume must show that you have the ability to perform common tasks including: 1) General construction, repair, and painting of building and structures, as well as recognizing deficiencies; 2) Utilizing skills performing maintenance on electricity and plumbing systems; 3) Safety operation and maintenance of motor vehicles, powered grounds keeping equipment, and outboard motors; and 4) Enforcing marine rules of the road and water and boating safety.**NOTE: This experience must be clearly and fully supported in your resume.
