Will serve as a Logistic Management Specialist within the Property Management Division, APM-400.
Duties
The Logistics Management Specialist serves in the Property Support Branch located in a Service Area or Center. The primary responsibility of the position is the management of personal property and facility equipment to support the National Aerospace System (NAS), the Air Traffic Organization (ATO), and other Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) initiatives and organizations. The incumbent performs complex logistics management assignments covering a wide range of assignments that include real and personal property management, inventory management, property control, fleet management, and surplus property utilization and disposition under the minimal direction of a manager or an experienced property management professional. The incumbent is a contributing specialist on larger work activities or as a project manager or team leader for large projects/programs/activities.

Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized experience may include but not limited to: Experience in the management of personal property and facility equipment to support an agencies initiatives and organizations. Experience with real and personal property management, inventory management, property control, fleet management, and surplus property utilization and disposition.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement.
