SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: A qualified candidate's online application and resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level [GS-12 or equivalent] in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is defined as: Demonstrates experience in analyzing and evaluating changes in budget plans, evaluating budget estimates for accuracy and conformance with procedures and regulations and valuating funding requests to ensure they are in-line with program plans and within allotted budget.· Time-In-Grade/Band: Current federal employees must meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements to be eligible for consideration. Applicants who are current Federal employees and have held a GS grade/pay band any time in the past 52 weeks must also meet time-in-grade/pay band requirements by the closing date of this announcement. For an NQ-03 position you must have served 52 weeks as a GS-012 level or equivalent. The grade/pay band may have been in any occupation and must have been held in the Federal service. An SF-50 that shows your time-in-grade/pay band eligibility must be submitted with your application materials. If the most recent SF-50 has an effective date within the past year, it may not clearly demonstrate you possess one-year time-in-grade/pay band, as required by the announcement. In this instance, you must provide additional SF-50s that clearly demonstrates the one-year time-in-grade/pay band requirement has been met.
