About the Position: Serves as a Program Analyst for the U.S. Army Soldier Recovery Unit, Ft. Sam Houston, Texas.

Duties

Advise management on the implementation of policies, principles, procedures, and resolves operation problems. Responsible for overall administrative management overseeing projects and programs. Recommend resolution to staff on automated technical and processing issues. Coordinate with personnel to conduct routine to moderately complex analysis of projects.

Requirements

• Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
• This position requires the incumbent be able to obtain and maintain a determination of eligibility for a Tier 1 security clearance for the duration of employment.
• Immunization screening is required.

OR Education: Master's or equivalent graduate degree or 2 full years of progressively higher-level graduate education leading to such a degree in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to perform the work of the position, such as Program/Project Management, Business Management/Administration, Information Technology Management, or a closely related field. OR Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12.
