You will serve as a ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER in the Supply and Administrative Services Division, Code 340200 of NAVAL RESEARCH LABORATORY.
Duties
You will coordinate and execute budgeting for the division.
You will compare program performance with the budgeted plan.
You will provide administrative and financial solutions to problems found within the program.
You will allocate funds and establish job orders.
You will be the point of contact for administrative projects to ensure the acquisition, space, work-force and financial needs are met.
You will be responsible for the procurement of services, equipment, and materials.
You will manage the employee appraisal program.
You will prepare and analyze reports and financial records.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-5/10) or pay band (NO-02) in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing most or all of the following duties: 1) Developing, managing, and applying policies and procedures related to budget and accounting in a revolving fund environment; 2) Performing studies and analyses of administrative policies and procedures; 3) Managing procurement, contracting, and equipment control procedures for a division; and 4) Evaluating financial management policies and procedures.

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

LL.M., if related.
