You will serve as a Supervisory Equipment Specialist in the Source Development Division of NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.

Duties
You will serve as the Division Director and will be fully responsible for all phases of the management and technical competence of the organization.
You will serve as the principal senior level technical specialist and advisor on all aspects of equipment management.
You will estimate resources, personnel staffing requirements, and timeframes required to staff the division.
You will develop projected budget requirements and tracks expenditures.
You will provide technical advice and guidance to team members to resolve complex program issues.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-13 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of repair and manufacturing processes for Airframes, Avionics and Propulsion systems; 2) Providing source development, engineering, and technical support for assigned program; 3) Utilizing knowledge of the overall DoD/Navy supply systems associated with the acquisition process (i.e. inventory management, stock control procedures, provisioning, and allowance determination) to ensure smooth interrelation of all programs into the overall supply system; 4) Applying organizational, communication, and leadership skills to lead a team, set performance goals, and establish work deadlines; and 5) Monitoring source development trends to ensure effective management of the program.
