Joining the Secret Service, Office of Enterprise Readiness, Administrative Operations Division, Warehouse & Disposal Management Branch will allow you to lead daily operations in Warehouse Management by processing property disposal, purchase invoicing and other related warehouse duties. This Supervisory General Supply Specialist position starts at a salary of $88,520 (GS-13 step 01), with potential to $115,079 (GS-13 step 10).

The selectee will serve as a Supervisory General Supply Specialist in the Office of Enterprise Readiness, Administrative Operations Division, Warehouse & Disposal Management Branch. Typical work assignments include:

Qualifications

You qualify for the GS-13 level (starting salary $88,520.00) if you possess one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 level performing duties such as: customer service; warehouse/distribution requirements; handling equipment for shipping and storing; develops methods and procedures to determine current and future requirements. Certification: Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) Certification must be provided. National Service Experience (i.e., volunteer experience)Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.Time-in-Grade: Current Federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the Federal service. Qualifications Must Be Met: The qualification requirements listed above must be met by the closing date of this announcement.The Office of Personnel Management (OPM) must authorize employment offers made to current or former political appointees.
