Duties
You will provide leadership and management of the design, development, and maintenance of the Naval History and Heritage Command’s (NHHC) web presence and that of the broader Naval History Enterprise.
You will be responsible for guiding interdepartmental teams of employees and contractors as required by particular initiatives for website development.
You will be responsible for the development of the management of web page creation and maintenance to ensure accessible user interfaces, effective information design, accurate and targeted content, and responsive technologies.
You will organize work flow and structure for content creation and maintenance.
You will oversee web statistics program to analyze and evaluate web activity in support of assessment and planning initiatives.
You will utilize Google Analytics and Adobe Experience Manager.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing management and coordination of websites and social media sites. Examples of specialized experience may include: 1) Assisting with development of cohesive policies and guidelines for website and social media page content, design, and technology; 3) Fine tuning the home page based on feedback from users and monthly statistics; 4) Performing site and page search engine optimization; 5) Overseeing web statistics program to analyze and evaluate web activity in support of assessment and planning initiatives
