You will serve as a SUPPLY MANAGEMENT SPECIAILST in the MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII of MARINE CORPS BASE HAWAII.

Duties

You will oversee, schedule, track, digest and record mobile equipment and property inventories and personnel responsible as officers in direct charge of assets. You will coordinates with representatives of other organizations concerning sensitive and/or complex issues and their relationship to other supply management functions, processes and organizations. You will compile statistics and prepare reports on program effectiveness, trends analyses, and projected workloads. You will confirm that Accountable Property Systems of record (APSR) inputted into DPAS and all supporting documentation are ready for review by external agencies. You will plan, organize, prioritize, and schedule work self-assessments and related work activities to achieve the audit ready objective by the directed time-line.

Qualifications

GS-09: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: determining requirements, positioning items, receipt, storage and inventory management for assigned equipment. GS-11: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: serving as the technical advisor to management and maintain the stability and continuity for supply related command management programs. master's or equivalent graduate degree

2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree

Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
LL.M., if related
