Duties
The Office of Strategic Coordination (OSC) -The Common Fund, Division of Program Coordination, Planning, and Strategic Initiatives (DPCPSI), Office of the Director, National Institutes of Health (NIH) seeks a Health Scientist Administrator Program Officer (HSA PO).

These programs create a space where investigators and multiple NIH Institutes, Centers, and Offices collaborate on innovative research expected to address high priority challenges for the NIH as a whole and make a broader impact in the scientific community.

OSC Vacancy
The Transformational Science and Discovery (TSD) team has a Health Scientist Administrator, Program Officer (HSA PO) opportunity. The HSA PO will focus on programs that address new scientific models and pathways to transform knowledge and discovery. The Program Officer will work collaboratively with staff and leaders within Office of the Director (OD) and across the NIH Institutes and Centers (ICs) to manage awards that have an NIH-wide focus. They may be expected to serve as a Program Officer for Other Transaction Agreements and/or grants/contracts/cooperative agreements for multiple TSD programs. Examples of TSD programs include: SPARC (Stimulating Peripheral Activity to Relieve Conditions (SPARC) (nih.gov) ), MoTrPAC (Molecular Transducers of Physical Activity in Humans (nih.gov)), Cellular Senescence Network (SenNet), High-Risk, High-Reward Research (HRHR), and Nutrition for Precision Health, powered by the All of Us Research Program (NPH).
