About the Position: Serves as the Supervisory Building Management Specialist in the Facilities Management Division of the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Logistics Activity Center (ULA). Works under the general supervision of the ULA Director , with broadly defined overall mission objectives; incumbent plans and carries out projects to support objectives.

Duties

Responsible for providing direction, planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring facilities management t policies and programs throughout USACE. Serves as the chief advisor on all programs pertaining to the facilities, which requires program support to approximately 30,000- 35,000 employees and contractors. Manages and performs work involving project milestones and budgets. Develops facility engineering/management policies, facility operational procedures and regulatory review of all leased, Corps and Army-owned spaces occupied by USACE. Performs supervisory personnel management functions.

  • Must be able to obtain/maintain a valid state driver's license.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.
