About the position:
This position is located at Range 42 golf entertainment facility. The primary function of the position is to provide support duties for the Outdoor Recreation Program, ITT as well as Range 42.
This position is a Regular Part-Time position, you can be scheduled from 0 to 40 hours per week based on mission need.
Duties
Duties and Responsibilities: Performs a wide variety of clerical and administrative support duties for the Outdoor Recreation Program, ITT as well as Range 42. Enters all invoices, receiving documents and blank purchase agreements into Internet Based Purchasing System (IBS). Reconciles facility invoices, and transfers between Cost Centers. Serves as the central point of contact for matters related to day-to-day operations. Ensures all information is accurate and timely. Initiates AF Forms 1875 and completes AF Form 1876. Collects cash receipts, cash register tapes, checks, credit card receipts, coupons, and other supporting documentation. Prepares and issues change funds as required. Prepares and makes daily bank deposits. Ensures that all monies are accounted for by balancing with the posting of funds placed in the activity's safe before actual bank deposit. Prepares cash reports and notifies management of any suspected irregularities. Ensures proper accounting codes for all sales are included in the cashier's report Uses time management system software, performs duties as timekeeper, responsible for entering time and attendance records. Run reports and inputs into computer programs such as Food Trac Time Management, and Tee time software. Inputs sales and expenses into daily Profit & Loss statement accounts.

Qualifying Experience:
At least one year of experience in clerical, accounting or office work which has provided a thorough knowledge of office automation software. Must possess experience in cash handling and operating a point of sale (POS) system. Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing, using tact and courtesy. Knowledge of funds handling techniques and procedures. Must be able to communicate with customers and possess skill in dealing with the public. Experience utilizing office automation software (MS Windows, MS Office, including PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Excel); experience providing customer service

Education
