About the Position: Serves as on-site Budget Analyst for a complex, regional multi-million dollar program. Program consists of Civil Works, Continuing Authorities, Operations and Maintenance- Support for Others, Disaster Preparedness and Response. Area of responsibility includes the State of Florida and the Caribbean Basin Region.

Duties

Serves as budget analyst in support of Project Managers. Attends meetings and conferences to resolve difficulties regarding monetary and fiscal responsibilities, to insure compliance with statutory and regulatory policy. Initiates and participates in review and improvement of work methods and procedures. Distributes work to assigned team members, provides technical guidance and answers questions during the assignment.

  • THIS IS A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT Level 2 Certified position in accordance with the National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA) 2012, Public Law 112-81, Subtitle F-Financial Management, section 1051, amending 10 United States Code, section 1599d.

For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.
