About the Position: Serves as on-site Budget Analyst for a complex, regional multi-million dollar program. Program consists of Civil Works, Continuing Authorities, Operations and Maintenance- Support for Others, Disaster Preparedness and Response. Area of responsibility includes the State of Florida and the Caribbean Basin Region.
Duties
Serves as budget analyst in support of Project Managers.
Attends meetings and conferences to resolve difficulties regarding monetary and fiscal responsibilities, to insure compliance with statutory and regulatory policy. Initiates and participates in review and improvement of work methods and procedures.
Distributes work to assigned team members, provides technical guidance and answers questions during the assignment.

Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Maintaining records of funding, obligations, and expenditures for assigned projects through financial management software. 2) Distributes work to assigned team members, provides technical guidance and answers questions during the assignment.
