Duties

Serves as the Real Estate Air Force Program Manager and Chief of the Program Management Office (PMO) within the Real Estate Division. Coordinate the development of the real estate business budget, such as the preparation of real estate costs, milestones and management reports. Responsible for study/report adherence to current regulations and policies in accordance with real estate principles and guidelines. Facilitate the execution of a real estate program for a specific area of responsibility. Participate in team meeting to help formulate plans of action for complex or controversial real estate matters.
