Developing and implementing data tracking and performance measures for managing programs, projects, and processes to meet strategic goals and objectives. Assist in various financial management activities, preparing program measures, risk management, program analyses, and tracking systems for unit performance planning, data management, and reporting. Participate in the development, monitoring and reporting efforts in support of the strategic planning processes and stewardship.

Qualifications
To meet the minimum qualifications for this position, you must meet the specialized experience requirements. You will be asked a few questions as part of your application but make sure to verify how you meet this experience in your resume or you may be deemed ineligible. For the Grade 12, you must have at least one year of experience equal or equivalent to the GS-11, it must include:
Experience collecting and managing data, including processing, consolidating, and validating data and other information for reporting purposes; AND
Experience evaluating a variety of sources such as regulations, policies, and/or directives to make program recommendations; AND
Experience participating in program or process reviews and coordinating resulting procedural changes.
You cannot use education to qualify at this grade level.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES (KSAs): Your qualifications will be evaluated on the basis of your level of knowledge, skills, abilities and/or competencies in the following areas:
Ability to gather, assimilate, and analyze information and apply to the risk/program management processes and assessments for the improvement of work operations or programs.
Knowledge of financial management programs.
Ability to resolve issues and make recommendations.
Ability to work cooperatively with peers, various levels of management, and State and local partners in teams.
