This position is located in the Office of Professional Responsibility & Security Operations, Security & Emergency Division Physical Security Programs Branch in Huntsville, AL.

Qualifications

To qualify for 13, candidates must also have at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12. Additional Conditions of Employment: GS-13 - To qualify for GS-13, you must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal, State, or Local government or equivalent public or private sector experience performing the following duties: Apply administrative and technical expertise for developing, directing, evaluating, and coordinating a physical security program for protection of employees and property; and Develop solutions to unique physical and operational security programs and recommending methods to enhance efficiency of security systems or programs through modifications and applications of evolving technology; and Develop or modify physical and interpret operational security program policies, procedures and guidelines.
