You will serve as an ADMINISTRATIVE/TECHNICAL SPECIALIST in the Acoustics Signatures Measurement Systems Division of CARDEROCK DIV NS.

Duties

You will serve as the lead the direct programmatic financial support for the Acoustics Signatures Measurement Systems Division. You will advise management on administrative functions involving key programs/projects that impact the department and organizations mission and operations. You will prepare business plans to prioritize programs daily workload and objectives to support business and project management plans to meet the agency goals. You will work closely with the department to prepare and track funding for financial functions to support the management of overhead funds and ensure establishment business rules are being followed. You will establish business strategies and plans regarding programmatic financial support in support of Technical Program Managers to measure performance and track funding and obligations. You will develop proposals, create presentations, write reports, conduct technical writing, schedule tracking, and preparing project status updates. You will identify and evaluate resources (staff, funding, equipment, of facilities) that are required to support varied levels of program operations. You will create accounting budget reports relating to division processes and procedures to support management's monthly business plan meetings with customers. You will interpret and apply laws, rules, regulations, policies, principles, standards, and procedures to program and management analysis activities to support technical programs. You will analyze the organization's structure and technical program policies to identify data to support the monthly business plans for project management and support of purchase requisition data tracking using request tool.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NT-4 (GS-11/12 equivalency) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector: analyzing and evaluating projects or programs to support management in preparing business plans, project budgets, or tracking data of financial functions for compliance with program operation policies and meeting department goals.
