Duties

You will maintain a record of each work order. You will evaluate a request and determine if it should be categorized as routine, urgent, or emergency. You will manage, track and adjust work order data. You will provide direct support for personnel administration. You will maintain files containing personnel actions, performance appraisals, award, disciplinary actions, and occupational injures for each employee.

Requirements

Qualifications

Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Use a computerized management system or other automated systems to input data and run reports; 2) Answering customer questions concerning work orders using knowledge of facility services and various trades; and 3) Maintaining files and records related to maintenance/repair of facilities. This experience must be fully and clearly supported in your resume.
