Duties
Serves as the Garrison Support Lead for G9 Technology Services Division, HQ IMCOM reporting directly to Sustainment Branch Chief. Serves as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for IT pertaining to Microsoft Azure Active Directory and Cloud Operations. Responsible for Endpoint Management of all MWR assets.
Performs routine and recurring assignments in the delivery of Information Technology customer support services. Participates in the planning and delivery of a full range of Information Technology customer support services to the organization. Identifies and resolves issues and problems. Prepares and updates manuals, instructions, and operating procedures. Provides information and assistance to customers including system hardware/software installations, configuration, upgrades and troubleshooting. Evaluates established methods and procedures and prepares recommendations for changes in methods and practices where appropriate. Presents formal and informal training to customers. Reports, responds to and resolves customer requests. Applies information security and information assurance policy, principles and practices.
Requirements

- Certification IAW DoD 8570-01-M, 12/19/05

Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS MUST BE CLEARLY VERIFIABLE IN YOUR RESUME. GOVERNMENT POSITIONS MUST INCLUDE PAY PLAN, SERIES, GRADE, TO AND FROM DATES, AND GOVERNMENT AGENCY/DEPARTMENT. Must include at least one year of experience performing duties at a level which equipped the applicant with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities needed to perform successfully in the position.
Minimum Qualifications:
Work experience, education, and/or specialized intensive training sufficient to demonstrate IT knowledge and skill in:
- Participating in the planning and delivery of a full range of IT customer support services;
- Installing, configuring, upgrading and troubleshooting hardware and software components;
- Presenting formal and informal training and assistance to customers;
- Reporting, responding to, and resolving customer requests.
Qualifying education is graduate education in one of the following fields of study: computer science, engineering, information science, information systems management, or technology management, or has provided a minimum of 24 semester hours in one or more of the fields identified above and required the development or adaptation of applications, systems or networks.
Those who meet highly qualifying criteria will be considered/referred first. Highly Qualifying Criteria:-
Experience reading and understanding DoD and Army regulations/policies. Experience and expertise in using the DISA Enterprise Mission Assurance Support Service (eMASS) workflow tool.
