About the position: Incumbent performs Real Property Management involving real property instruments, realty accountability duties in support of the Installation Real Property Inventory (RPI) property records and posting of real property assignments/termination.

Duties
Documents real property accountability, real property assignments, space utilization, real property audit readiness, real estate transactions, on matters concerning real property management.
Updates inventory using the Assets Module of the General Funds Enterprise Business System (GFEBS).
Oversees and prepares inventories, utilization surveys, and compliance inspections.
Assists the Master Planner in performing assignments and terminations of facilities.
Requirements
- Appointment may be subject to a suitability or fitness determination, as determined by a completed background investigation.
- Must obtain and maintain a Secret clearance.
- Must obtain and maintain a COR (Contractor Officer's Representative) certification.
- Must obtain and maintain a valid state drivers' license.
- Requires submission of a Financial Disclosure Statement, OGE-450.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and/or experience requirements described below. SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: One year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (GS-9) in the Federal Service performing duties such as: Maintaining inventory of Military Real Property and Real Estate; reviewing of financial real property documentation; assisting in the review of buildings, structures, and other real property.
OR
Education: Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree or 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree or LL.M. in a field which demonstrates the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary to do the work of the position.
OR
Combination of Education and Experience: A combination of education and experience may be used to qualify for this position as long as the computed percentage of the requirements is at least 100%. To compute the percentage of the requirements, divide your total months of experience by 12. Then divide the total number of completed graduate semester hours (or equivalent) beyond the second year (total graduate semester hours minus 36) by 18. Add the two percentages.
