You will serve as a SUPPORT SERVICES TECHNICIAN (OA) in the TOTAL FORCE MANPOWER AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DEPARTMENT of CNATRA.
GS-07: $46,936 - $61,016
GS-06: $42,238 - $54,906
Duties
You will manage applicable directives, forms, and reports within the command and serve as the liaison to outside activities.
You will analyze and review proposed directives, forms, and reports for consistency with established directives and ensure their timely preparation.
You will provide computer software support, instruction, technical advice, and assistance to employees relative to directives, forms, and reports management.
You will utilize MS SharePoint software to create and edit correspondence for review and signatures and ensure that the electronic and hard copy correspondence and data files are properly filed and maintained.
You will prepare briefs, charts, and other graphics utilizing available equipment.
You will be responsible for updating and managing military personnel rosters, civilian and military in processing and out-processing, organizational charts and rosters, e-mail distribution collectives, and uploading documents into command SharePoint.
You will serve as the Command Pay and Personnel Administrator (CPPA).
You will serves as the command Prospective Leadership Indoctrination Program Coordinator.
You will be responsible for processing Command personnel awards per applicable directives for all military and civilian personnel.
You will serve as the Travel System Program Coordinator and the Subject Matter Expert (SME) on Temporary Duty Travel/Temporary Assigned Duty (TDY/TAD).
You will complete reviews and audits of travel orders to ensure they are in compliance with regulatory guidance, reflect appropriate accounting citations, funding allotments, and budget clearances.
Requirements

- You will be required to obtain and maintain a current valid United States driver’s license.
- You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
- This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
- You may be required to lift/carry items or loads weighing up to 25 pounds.
Qualifications
For GS-07: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative support by creating, reviewing, and editing correspondence and reports, analyzing and evaluating instructions and directives, or providing guidance on travel regulations to ensure work is accomplished in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
For GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: providing administrative support by preparing correspondence and reports, collecting and reviewing instructions and directives, or tracking and maintaining travel program data to ensure work is accomplished in accordance with established guidelines and procedures.
This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
