You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES SPECIALIST in the SE & ALRE Group Human Capital Management Office of NAVAIRWARCENADLKE.

Duties

You will provide a range of basic human resources advisory services primarily in the functional areas of classification, staffing and employee relations. You will provide routine personnel management support to an assigned group of organizations by providing guidance on regulatory and procedural aspects of personnel matters . You will communicate orally and in writing to prepare a variety of documents and presentations.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the DA-02 (GS-05) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Apply human resources theories, concepts, principles, laws, rules, regulations, precedents, and procedures related to HR processing, staffing/recruitment, position classification, employee relations, and other related HR functional areas; 2) Apply skills in fact-finding, analytical and problem-solving methods and techniques; 3) Communicate orally and in writing to prepare a variety of documents and presentations; 4) Research a variety of human resources issues and troubleshoots problems as needed.
