THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION.
This National Guard position is for a MATERIALS HANDLER - TITLE 32, Position Description Number PDD1954000 and is part of the KY 123 AW, National Guard.
Duties
As a MATERIALS HANDLER - TITLE 32, WG-6907-6, you will manage, control, oversee, coordinate and implement the base mobility assets program and function. Provide day-to-day management and oversight of assigned personnel. Monitor daily mobility assets operations and activities. Determine and establish requirements, forecast shelf-life expiration, and develop operating budget for individual protective equipment to ensure critical assets are available to support deployments. Responsible for the automated Mobility Inventory Control Accountability System database. Serve as the system administrator to manage and update mobility bag inventory data. Issue individual stocked items, generate hand receipts and condemn stock. Identify mobility bag and customer individual protective requirements. Receive, store and issue mobility bag assets. Determine storage requirements in accordance with applicable directives. Establish and control MRSP/CRSP program for all assigned units. Responsible for all program assets including classified, hazardous and high dollar value items. Develop storage plans and organize warehousing to protect valuable assets. Responsible for the storage of weapons and maintain currency on M-9 weapon. Maintain weapons storage vault in accordance with AFI 31-101 and applicable directives. Responsible for coordinating with Combat Arms to complete required inspections. Establish and maintain War Reserve Material details. Responsible for leak and serviceability testing of the Chemical, Biological, Radiological and Nuclear Defense masks and components. Provide MAJCOM with input for Air Staff data calls, reports, database rollups, and information pertaining to MICAS tracked mobility bag assets, Individual Protective Equipment, and Readiness Spares Packages. Develop base operating instructions, plans, and procedures involving mobility assets. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
MINIMUM REQUIREMENT:
Experience which demonstrates the ability to compare item identification against receiving reports and issue request forms. Ability to use hand trucks, dollies, equipment to move stock, hammers, pliers, and other hand tools. Experience following oral and written instructions.
SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE:
Must have 9 months experience receiving, packaging, and preparation for shipment. Experience in compiling reports, overall warehouse planning, documentation requirements, and accepted warehousing methods, procedures and techniques. Experience in setting up and rotating storage locations considering factors such as life expectancy, available space, product turnover, etc.
EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
