This position is located in the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), United States Coast Guard (USCG), Deputy Commandant for Operations, Assistant Commandant for Intelligence (CG-2), Office of Intelligence Plans and Policy (CG-25), Intelligence Plans, Policy and Exercises Division (CG-255), Washington, DC.
Duties
You will serve as the Coast Guard's (CG) Analysis and Production (A&P) Program Manager. addressing a wide variety of issues pertaining to the assessment of CG capabilities, requirements and policy compliance. This includes developing and sustaining architecture and policy governing CG Intelligence A&P.Typical work assignments include:

Qualifications
At the GS-14 level: Applicants must have one year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-13 grade level in the federal sector. Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular ability, skill, and knowledge to successfully perform the duties of this position and is typically in or related to this line of work such as:
Serving as interagency liaison within the IC by formulating specific strategies and actions; briefing top agency officials, service personnel, and other high-level political or policy officials; advising on topics within this assigned specialty field; representing top echelon intra-and inter-agency planning or work groups; and coordinating outreach to the IC and government agencies.
Providing intelligence expertise and recommendations on current and emerging Intelligence capability solutions and tools.
Serving as subject matter expert with respect to the impact of standards, regulations, and policies on Intelligence.
