This position is located at MWR Arts & Crafts Center on Fort Huachuca, AZ. This is a Regular Full Time position with eligibility to participate in the NAF Employee Benefits Plans. Duties

Manages a business activity. Develops, recommends and enforces operating procedures. Schedules, directs, and supervises assigned staff. Represents the activity to the public. Conducts customer surveys, reviews usage/sales to make recommendations concerning services, promotion activities and revenue improvements. Develops budgetary data. Evaluates financial statements, reviewing costs against revenues, advising supervisor of status and recommending improvements in merchandise lines, marketing, etc.

• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.

• Incumbent must be willing and able to work Monday through Friday, as well as evenings and weekends as needed.

Best Qualified: Do you have at least 6 months of work experience in operating a commercial laser engraving machine and a commercial embroidery machine? AND Do you have work experience in creating, managing, and implementing a budget and organizational programs such as group classes/lessons/activities?
