You will serve as a SUPERVISORY VISUAL INFORMATION SPECIALIST of HEADQUARTERS US INDO-PACIFIC COMMAND.
Duties
You will advise and provide counsel to employees regarding policies, procedures, and directives of management.
You will select or recommend selection of candidates for vacancies, promotions, details, and reassignment in consideration of skills, qualifications, and mission require.
You will prepare documentation to support actions taken.
You will exercise broad responsibility and authority for planning and managing the overall efficiency and effectiveness of assigned work requests.
You will apply expert knowledge of both visual arts methods, techniques, and materials and the subject matter to be depicted in translating the subject matter into visual designs.
Requirements
- Must be a US Citizen.
- Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

Qualifications
GS-13:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience involves performing duties such as the following:
1. Managing the design and development of complex visual information;
2. Creating official and mission-related briefings, conferences, presentations, publications, events, dedications, memorials, observance/awareness campaigns, exhibits and displays;
3. Researching, designing, preparing, producing and executing official visual products directly supporting mission requirements; and
4. Planning work to be accomplished by a team of specialists, sets and adjusts short-term priorities, and prepares schedules for completion of work.
GS-12:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector.
Specialized experience involves performing duties such as the following: y
1. Assisting in managing the design and development of complex visual information;
2. Creating official and mission-related briefings, conferences, presentations, publications, events, dedications, memorials, observance/awareness campaigns, exhibits and displays; and
3. Aiding in researching, designing, preparing, producing and executing official visual products directly supporting mission requirements.
