You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST of AEGIS TECHREP. AEGIS TECHREP is a shore activity of the Commander, Naval Sea Systems Command, reporting to the Program Executive Officer, Integrated Warfare Systems (PEO IWS). AEGIS TECHREP provides on-site technical oversight and independent technical evaluation of the prime Aegis Weapon System contractor, Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) at Moorestown, NJ.

Duties

You will serve as the Command Acquisition Demo (AcqDemo) Lead, and will plan, schedule and conduct projects and studies. You will ensure all newly hired personnel are entered into CAS2Net and provide initial CAS2Net training, and will serve as liaison to SEA10 program leads to troubleshoot system issues in CAS2Net. You will serve as the Employee Resource Program (ERP) Site Integration Liaison (SIL), and ensure all AEGIS TECHREP personnel and required Contractors are correctly entered into the ERP system for initial Basic User functions. You will serve as the Government Purchase Cardholder Approving Official, and will review all Government Procurement Card (GPC) requests to ensure requests meet the proper guidance for a bona fide procurement. You will be responsible for all policy and procedural updates pertaining to the Government Procurement Card (GPC) program, and responsible for the day-to-day operations of the GPC program. You will provide updates and approvals in ERP in advance of time limitations and active price quote deadlines to minimize delays in procurement. You will coordinate AEGIS TECHREP’s Pay Pool and serve as data administrator.

  • You will be required to obtain and maintain an interim and/or final security clearance prior to entrance on duty. Failure to obtain and maintain the required level of clearance may result in the withdrawal of a job offer or removal.
  • This position may require travel from normal duty station to CONUS and OCONUS and may include remote or isolated sites. You must be able to travel on military and commercial aircraft for extended periods of time.
  • You will be required to complete training, obtain, and maintain a government credit card to make official government purchases for goods and services.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the NH-02 pay band (or GS-11 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector conducting studies, analyzing findings and making recommendations to improve administrative support functions or program operations (e.g., government purchase card program).
