You will serve as a PROGRAM ANALYST in the BSVE PRODUCT LINE COORDINATOR DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC.
Duties
You will participate in multi-year planning and analysis for different complex programs with varying needs, goals, work processes and timetables.
You will evaluate the effects of multi-year financial objectives and plans.
You will prepare BSV and E financial briefings.
You will provide technical guidance and oversight to division personnel performing work in direct support of the NAVFAC Mid-Lant BSV and E
You will utilize standard office products, namely Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications, to create, prepare and present visual aids (charts and graphs).

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Applying knowledge of funding programs and related cost accounting procedures and ptactices2) utilizing MAXIMO for purchase orders and pulling reports 3) Preparing oral and written presentations to express information clearly and convincingly to individuals and/or groups; And 4) Utilizing standard office products, namely Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point applications, creating, preparing and presenting visual aids (charts and graphs).
