Qualifications
Candidates must meet the Qualification Standards Handbook requirements for the GS-1101-13.
For this position, specialized experience is at least one year of experience, equivalent in responsibility to the GS-12 level in the Federal service, being responsible for monitoring and enforcing food service contract terms and conditions and ensuring smooth and efficient relations with all Gallery divisions and departments on matters affected by those contracts.

Other Relevant Eligibility Criteria: Incumbent must be able to work evenings and weekends on a regular basis
Those applicants who meet the minimum qualification requirements will be evaluated against these factors to determine the best-qualified candidates.
Mastery knowledge of contracting and contract terms to enforce contracts.
Mastery knowledge of Gallery divisions and departments and staff functions sufficient to assist contractors in the smooth and efficient performance of duties.
Knowledge of financial reporting and analysis sufficient to interpret financial results of contractor operations.
Knowledge of and demonstrated skill in applying qualitative and quantitative techniques in gathering data, interpreting records and reports, measuring the effectiveness, efficiency, and productivity of retail operations, and making recommendations for improvement of processes and/or operations.
Knowledge of Gallery divisions and departments and staff functions sufficient to assist contractors in the smooth and efficient performance of duties.
