About the position: This position will be assigned to the Fall Hall Community Center on F. E. Warren AFB, Cheyenne, WY. This position is considered Flexible with a guarantee of zero hours, but has the potential to work up to 40 hours per week. You may be required to work some nights, weekends and holidays. Not eligible for leave or benefits. The starting pay for this position is set by Federal pay setting regulations at $16.85 per hour.

Requirements

• This position requires the incumbent to complete a NACI Tier 1 background investigation with favorable results.
• This position has a physical lifting requirement which requires the incumbent to complete a favorable pre-employment physical.
• This position requires the incumbent to complete assigned training, to include Food Handlers certification, within specified time from hire date or assignment to position.

Qualifying Experience: Must have knowledge of proper sanitation standards in handling and serving food. Must have experience in and knowledge of methods and procedures in the proper use of hand tools for cleaning and simple tasks. Must be able to communicate clearly with customers, and possess skill in dealing with the public.

Education

Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. This position does not allow for education substitution.
