You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Fuels Department of NAVSUP FLEET LOGISTICS CENTER JACKSONVILLE.
Duties
You will provide direct support to other programs/projects within the organization by collecting, organizing, analyzing and presenting information related to current and future workload.
You will utilize Naval Enterprise resource Planning and other financial operations in meeting established goals.
You will ensure purchases are made at the lowest possible price while meeting the customer needs.
You will perform research on problem area and make recommendations for resolutions.
You will manage and coordinate the daily operation and maintenance of all fuel facilities.
Requirements

Qualifications
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing program analysis work. Specialized experience must include: 1) Experience in applying a practical supply knowledge of regulations and policies in order to use technical and administrative authority to initiate, prepare, submit, execute and track the fuel department reimbursements and mission budgets to ensure financial programs are met; 2) Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of financial operations in meeting established goas and objectives; 3) Applying fact finding and investigative techniques to gather factual evidence of administrative waste and abuse related to operation of bulk fuel.

Education
GS-09 SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR EXPERIENCE: Applicants may substitute the following education for the required experience, provided it demonstrates the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary to do the work of the position: possess a master's or equivalent graduate degree, LL.B, J.D., or have completed two full years of progressively higher graduate level education leading to such a degree. One year of full-time graduate education is considered to be the number of credit hours that the school attended has determined to represent 1 year of full-time study. If that information cannot be obtained from the school, 18 semester hours should be considered as satisfying the 1 year of full-time study requirement.
GS-09 COMBINATION OF EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: Combinations of successfully completed graduate education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements.
