Incumbent serves as a Senior Program Manager responsible for the direction, coordination, implementation, control and completion of project(s), while remaining aligned with the strategy, commitments and goals of the AIR organization.
Duties
Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) specializing in the planning and implementation of projects. Assists in defining project scope, goals and deliverable. Defines tasks and required resources; collects and manages project team inputs; manages budget; and allocates project resources.
Requirements
- US Citizenship is required.
- Selective Service Registration is required for males born after 12/31/1959.

Qualifications
Specialized Experience: In addition to the basic requirements, all applicants must demonstrate at least 52 weeks of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade (FV-I FG/GS-13). Specialized experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position. Specialized experience includes:Extensive skill in analyzing data and trends, identifying policy considerations and solutions, project management skills, coordinating or managing projects, teams and meetings.
