McCoy's Community Center is the central hub of activity. Which includes Dining, Sports Bar, Bowling, Recreation and Leisure Activities and Conference and Catering Spaces. McCoy's Community Center Team provides high-quality service and a place to unwind for the Ft McCoy Community. This is an open continuous announcement to provide a ready pool of available applicants as needed. List will be issued at managements request throughout the announcement timeframe.

Duties

Performs routine maintenance of equipment. Cleans, disinfects and deodorizes toilet facilities. Cleans, and dusts assigned areas. Empties trash. Occasionally cleans rooms, corridors, stairways, and other areas. Sweeps, mops, vacuums, scrubs, strips and polishes using light and heavy-duty powered equipment. May make beds and changes linens. Works independently under general supervision to accomplish assigned work. Assists with banquets and special functions, facility set-up and washes dishes. Assists with bowling operations. Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
• Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
• A one year probationary period may be required.
• Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
• Possess and maintain the physical ability to stand and walk on hard and carpeted surfaces with some bending, lifting, carrying, pushing and pulling of items or carts weighing up to 20 to 40 pounds, and occasionally over 50 pounds.
• Physical required for this position.
• Uniforms and name tags are provided and required.
• Operation is 7 days a week, schedule will be based on the needs of the activity. Subject to an irregular tour of duty including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications must be clearly verifiable in your resume. Must have knowledge, skills and ability to perform the duties listed above to include the ability to use and maintain the tools and equipment of the trade, to keep the assigned work area neat and clean, and to communicate both orally and in writing.
