About the Position: This position is located at Ft. Novosel, Alabama, home of the United States Army Aviation Center of Excellence.

Duties

Conduct internal and external evaluations of training and education programs using an Enterprise Accreditation Standard. Identify deficiencies and propose recommendations for improving compliance with an Accreditation Program. Conduct research and use evaluation methodologies, statistical analysis and various instruments to predict effectiveness and efficiency of training. Analyze training development functional requirements to ensure compliance with the organization's accreditation standard (e.g., Army Enterprise Accreditation Standard). Maintain Quality Assurance oversight which includes evaluation needs analysis, instructor evaluations and training management automation systems. Compose formal accreditation or evaluation reports, and executive summaries.

Ensure adherence to accreditation standards by learning institutions (e.g., Army Enterprise Accreditation Standard).
