You will serve as a Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) in the Business Management Office (Code 7072) in support of the Signature Department (Code 70) Acquisition Requirements of CARDEROCK DIV NS. The salary range shown above represents all of the positions within the band, including high grade positions. This is not a high grade position; therefore, the salary may be limited to a GS-13 Step 10.

Duties

You will interface with technical leads, support codes and the contractor for completion and execution of badge requests, SAAR forms, Technical Instruction (TI) forms detailing work to be completed in support of the technical departments mission. You will perform evaluation of monthly contractor performance reports ensuring documented efforts are in compliance with the contract SOW/TI requirements, analyzing financial expenditures to ensure they are in compliance with the work performed. You will interface with technical leads on contractor performance in meeting contractual technical tasks. You will perform WAWF validation and approval of contract invoices to ensure costs align with funding allocated for the efforts contracted and are in accordance with established funding guidelines/processes. You will coordinate with all stakeholders for scheduling contract review meetings based on periodicity defined in the contract.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower pay band, NT-04 (GS-11/12 equivalent) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: evaluating acquisition or procurement requirements (e.g. technical requirements; procedures; documentation; tasking) of contract packages to ensure compliance with established policies and regulations for the acquisition of services, materials, supplies or construction.
