About the Position: The mission of the Corpus Christi Army Depot is to overhaul, repair, modify, retrofit, test and modernize helicopters, engines and components for all services and foreign military customers. Corpus Christi Army Depot (CCAD) is the Army's Center of Industrial and Technical Excellence for Rotary Wing Aviation.
Duties
Primary responsibility for the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) and maintain coordination on all actions involving FOIA.
Forecast and estimate program requirements and prepare programmatic reports, justifications, charts, graphs, statistical and narrative data, etc.
Assist with development of plans, policies, and procedures for the local Records Management Program.
Develop policy directives for the Official Mail and Distribution Management Program.

In order to qualify, you must meet the education and experience requirements described below. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes administering a records management program; analyzing legislation, policy, and regulatory guidance for dissemination; utilizing automated and manual filing and retrieval systems; analyzing requests for information and records under the Freedom of Information Act; providing technical direction for complying with the Freedom of Information Act Program; relaying procedural information to employees pertaining to PII, safeguarding PII in accordance with directives and procedures, and providing training on safeguarding PII. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-09).
