This position is in the Office of Chemical Safety and Pollution Prevention (OCSPP), Office of Program Support (OPS), Information Technology and Resource Management Division (ITRMD). About: OCSPP.

Qualifications
We are looking for at least one year of specialized experience related to this position as described below:
To qualify for the GS-15 level, you need to have at least one year of full-time experience equivalent to the GS-14 level defined as overseeing administrative programs for organizational needs; evaluating or making recommendations on program methods, procedures, or policies; and analyzing digital trends or information management efforts to improve a project or program.
Your answers to the online assessment will be used to evaluate your competencies in the following areas: 1) Knowledge of program management organizational principles and practices; 2) Skill in establishing program goals to meet the organization mission; 3) Knowledge of information technology and risk management policies and precedents; 4) Skill in utilizing digital trends to identify threats; 5) Skill in collaborating with internal and external partners; 6) Ability to mentor staff; 7) Skill in budget management; 8) Ability to prioritize organizational activities based on division needs; 9) Skill in problem-solving.
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience.
