You will serve as a Manager in the Pacific Fleet Test and Operation Assessment Division within the Test and Evaluation Department of Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport, Washington (NAVUNSEAWARCENDIV KEYPORT WA) in Ford Island, Hawaii.

Duties

You will serve as a Branch Head to perform supervision duties as it relates to personnel management, hiring, counseling, development and succession planning. You will lead engineering, technical and contractor personnel in the execution of exercise data collection, data reduction and formatting, data reconstruction, exercise evaluation and analysis, and development of data reconstruction/analysis tools. You will be responsible for ensuring the proper assessment and accreditation of Code 24 Division information systems. You will serve as a resource manager with fiduciary responsibilities. You will serve as a member of the management team contributing to Command and Department initiatives for business development, strategic planning and partnerships.

Qualifications

Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the ND-04 pay band (GS-12/13 grade level equivalency) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. For 0801, All Professional Engineering Series: Successful completion of a professional engineering degree.
