As a supervisor/manager, the selectee for this position will be eligible to receive a Manager Performance Incentive (MPI) provided eligibility requirements noted in agency policy are met. Qualifications

To qualify for this position, you must demonstrate in your application that you possess at least one year of Specialized Experience equivalent to the next lower level, FV-I (GS/FG-13). Specialized Experience is experience that has equipped you with the particular knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform successfully the duties of the position.Specialized Experience: Establishes policies, procedures and guidelines, assigns tasks; monitors and evaluates performance; coaches and develops employee capabilities; approves leave; and take or recommend corrective/disciplinary action, coordination, integration, and decisions involving various aeronautical information, familiar with budget planning, able to resolve conflicting issues, communicates effectively to targeted audiences.Applicants should include examples of specialized experience in their work history.Qualifications must be met by the closing date of this vacancy announcement
