DON Pathways Internship Program You will serve as a STUDENT TRAINEE (ADMINISTRATIVE SUPPORT/OA) in the PUBLIC WORKS DIVISION of NAVFAC ENGINEERING CMD MID-ATLANTIC. ***This Job Opportunity Announcement is using an additional online assessment tool to evaluate applicants. Duties

You will perform a variety of record keeping, reporting, and informational duties in support of the assigned organization's clerical transactions. You will use a varied functions of software suites to include word processing, calendar, electronic mail, spreadsheets, graphics, database management, and presentations. You will type a variety of narrative and tabular materials from hand-written, typed or electronic version drafts. You will use presentation software to prepare briefing charts and slides.

Requirements

  • Must be a US Citizen.
  • Must be determined suitable for federal employment.

This position requires the ability to type at least 40 words per minute. Your response to the typing skill question on the Occupational Questionnaire will be used in your qualification determination.
